Muli calendars with combined units/listings

Hi, I own a building and have 3 different apartments.
- a 3 bedroom flat (unit 1)
- a 2 bedroom flat (unit 2)
- another 2 bedroom flat (unit 3)

I created 7 different listings out of these 3 units.
- combination of unit 1 and unit 2  (listing 1) 
- combination of unit 3 and unit 2 (listing 2)
- combination of unit 1, 2 and 3 (multicalendar on - listing 3)
- solely unit 1  (listing 4)
- solely unit 2 (listing 5)
- solely unit 3 (listing 6) 

The problem is I can't use the import/export calendar that will allow me to have instant book for all of them as some of the dates become blocked when I use the calendar but they are actually available so I can only use IB for listing 3; either  listing 1 or listing 2; and either listing 4,5 or 6.

I want to use Instant book for all.

Wondering if you solved your issue? We have a property with three cabins. We want to show a combined listing, and make that available for reserving one year ahead. And we want to have the three individual listings available only three months ahead. I understand the idea of making different listings, but then reviews would be split, right? and if the combined listings gets reserved, does the calendar for the components get automatically blocked?
