Can anyone tell me what Advance notice means ? It has come up on one of my rooms on the calender,  as never had this happen before.

The "Advance Notice" is for unbooked nights that are very close in time... too close in time for someone to book because of your chosen requirement for advanced notice.

For example, if you requested "Advance Notice" of 2 days, then if you have an open night that is only 36 hours away, that night cannot be booked. So the calendar shows "Advance Notice" to let you know that no one can book that night due to the "Advance Notice" setting.
