My Smart pricing is showing confusing search results.

Hi 

I have set up my smart price with the minimum rate as $80 but its shows as $95 in the listing and every time it varies to min of $90 only. So, in this case if I need to reduce the price for a particular week or month, do I need to put it as fixed price? My intention is to reduce the price for a particular week or month and it should reflect in the Airbnb seach results.

Also, is there an option that will show if there is a reduced price or discount being applied for a booking for a certain period?

Any tips or suggestion will be highly appreciated.
