Once again I have reached Super Host status but once again I have received a coupon that has already expired.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Could you be looking at expired coupons as in the 1st screen shot.
Or are the dates wrong on the activation link sent by e-mail as in 2nd screen shot

Thanks for the quick reply.
I don't see the bonus option page. This is what I see:
I then click on 'View your coupons' after copying the code. When I paste the code in the coupons area and click 'Add Coupon' it just says it's expired. This has happened 3 times for me upon receiving a Superhost status email.
I would send the travel coupon screen shot to customer service, it shows valid to 1st October 2019.
