My airbnb account is linked with my name but the payments goes to another person who pays the taxes?

So I helped my mom to rent through airbnb a year ago. I basically open the accoun with my name and id, but she is the one who recieves the payments. So my question now is, how has to pay the taxes because the airbnb account is on my name or my mom that she recieves all the payments.

@Cesar13 you should check your laws in order to have certain information since that is very important. Usually the one that takes the money pays the taxes.
