My airbnb gripes

 

1. This website IS very slow. The round spinning disc turns too much while pages load painfully slow. 

 

2. For those of us who have an overnight rental AND an "experience"... I would like to see better integration with airbnb listings and airbnb experience listings. I have both and it's a pain in the butt switching back and forth between airbnb and airbnb experiences. Can't they make it all seamless?

 

3.  Why is it that I can attach a picture to a message sent to a guest on the airbnb phone app BUT I cannot attach a picture to a guest when I am using the airbnb website messages? That's crazy!

 

4. Airbnb experience hosts SHOULD be able to opt OUT of instant booking! Currently, all experience hosts have absolutely no say in who attends their experience. Why can I opt out of instant book on my overnight airbnb listing but NOT on my experience? 

 

5. When guests ask to check in early, you rush around getting the place ready sooner and they don't show up early or even on time... they show up hours LATE!

 

6. When you're about to close your pool because it's too cold to swim and the upcoming guests beg you to postpone the closing for a week so their 10 year old daughter can swim for their 3 day booking. You say NO & explain that the water is 65 degrees and way too cold to swim. They ask for a partial refund. So, you reschedule the pool closing, pay to run the pump for another week (maybe $10-$15 electricity) and on the 1st day of the booking the 10 yro girl sticks her toe in and exclaims "IT'S FREEZING" and doesn't swim at all.
