My first guest tried to cancel her 3rd night and the whole stay got cancelled!

I'm a new host and my first client stayed one night and is staying tonight. However, she tried to cancel the 3rd night and ended up cancelling the whole booking. On my calendar it shows the next two nights as being available. Apparently I am getting paid for 2 nights. She has been refunded the 3rd. What happens if someone automatically books for tonight when I still have my guest? She tried to do a review but as far as the airbnb system is concerned, she's never been to my house. Being new, how do I contact airbnb about this anomaly?? Thank you community!

1) you will not know if you are receiving the correct amount
2) you need that review
