My guest cancelled at 5am in therning and should have checked in at 3pm on the same day. Is this

My guest cancelled cancelled at 5am in the morning. Check in was at 3pm. He is being refunded. I have the 24 hour cancellation policy. Surely he should not be refunded

Hi @Liz638 🙂

You have choosen the flexible cancellation policy - or it was set as default by airbnb when you signed up. You can change it to moderate or strict. I have strict and it works perfectly well. 

I just took a screenshot of the flexible cancellation policy you got. So you can see how much the guest gets when cancelling.
