My guest confused public review and private review, is there away to exchange them?

My guest put the public review into the private box and vice versa. I would like to change that. How do I get to a customer care agent?

No. You'd have to call AirBnB. Easiest way to get contact info is to Google "AirBnB phone number in (name of country)"
