My geust booked for one night. He seemed happy with the apartment. 

Mat his review he wrote that the listing is for people without demands and no good spirit of adaptation!

until now all my geusts were happy and I got 5 stars reviews.

what can I respond to his review?

any ideas?

OK, i found it. The review is not that bad, just a little weird.

Google translate says:

"suitable accommodation for those who have no pretensions and a good spirit of adaptation"

I would not respond on it at all, or maybe some question marks.....

Potential guest will read it, be confused also, and move on to the next review.

Thank you Emiel1! Until now I have not responded to this review. It does not make really sense. However, I asked a friend who have studied in Italy, and he translated as such” this accommodation is for those with no demands and for those who have thespirit of adaptation”

i believe that this review actually offends the previous geusts. But I don’t know what to respond.. it’s not a blind booking 🙂

@Anonymous It's not necessary to respond to every guest review. And in this case, I don't recommend doing so. While it's clear that the guest wasn't thrilled with the apartment, there are no inaccuracies that need to be corrected or issues that need to be addressed to prospective guests.

@Anonymous  keep in mind, not everyone will like your apartment. He never offends me when someone does not like my apartment, the design or setting. That part of life, just be professional about it.
