I am new to airbnb, as a host. My first reservation booked our 3 bedroom home for 2 adults and 9 children under 12, including 2 infants... and it was booked for someone else, not for her. When I began questioning her with my concerns, she immediately booked another place and asked me to cancel. We have now been going back and forth for over a month and she is basically refusing to cancel, insisting that I do.
I do not want a penalty, or to lose my chance at superhosting status for a year.
What do I do?
