I am new to airbnb, as a host. My first reservation booked our 3 bedroom home for 2 adults and 9 children under 12, including 2 infants... and it was booked for someone else, not for her. When I began questioning her with my concerns, she immediately booked another place and asked me to cancel. We have now been going back and forth for over a month and she is basically refusing to cancel, insisting that I do.
I do not want a penalty, or to lose my chance at superhosting status for a year.
What do I do?

Third Party booking are against AirBnB tems so you can call Customer Service and get it cancelled.

Do what David suggests, third party bookings are not allowed on airbnb.

Call Airbnb now and ask them to cancel the booking as third party bookings are not allowed.
