My guest is not coming but his boyfriend will be the only guess

Hello, please advise,  my guest is not coming because she got covid19,  but she said that her boyfriend will be the guest.  She booked for 2 pp under her name.  What I have to respond?

@Ruthy10 three choices

1) Call Airbnb and ask them for a neutral cancellation and refund for the guest

2) Ask guest to cancel under Extenuating Circumstances policy and get a full refund

3) Accept the 3rd party booking and risk not being covered by Aircover.

Depending on the risk of bad behaviour in your listing and how you perceive the guest you should choose one of the above
