My guest's price is more than the actual charge

My guest is saying that she's seeing a cost that is higher than the actual charge (which I am seeing). I'm not sure why that is and I'd like to fix this so that I can book her. Please help?

There are guest fees payable to airbnb - this is how the platform works.  You can give her a better price in a special offer if you feel you can afford going lower than your actual asking price.

It can also be that this potential guest is playing innocent to get you to lower the price.  The breakdown in the quote is very clear and specifies the fees.

In our view, we see the price we charge, cleaning/extra people charges, etc & the amount taken from that for the 3% ABB processing fee.

On the guest's end they see our nightly rate, cleaning or extra per person fees (if there are any), and ABB's service fee (supposed to be 6-16%). You won't see the ABB service fee in your view, but that's where the difference comes from.
