My guest sees a weekly discount. I pre-approved but now they don't see it.

My guest sees a weekly discount. I pre-approved but now they don't see it.

I am not sure what to do about the applied discount and don't want to loose the booking. I did nothing on my end by pre-approve on my end and made no changes.

@Lilah5  Use send special offer button and change the total amount to be the one in the pre-approval with weekly discount.
