My guests stay has started but they need to change number in party

My guests reservation has started but they have only 4 in the party how do i issue a refund?

I wouldn't make the change.  They book and didn't make the change prior to arrival.  JMO

The guest can initiate a change request if they want a refund for fewer guest than reserved.
