I am temporally in an airbnb in a student city in the Netherlands. Due to demand, there are not many places available and the few ones a very expensive.
I happen to book one of those places, but there are many weird things with the house and the host.
First, I was welcomed not by the owner of the account but by "his brother". The owner never showed up. The name on the door bell is not his, but of his "brother".
Second, there are always new people all the time, but the house has no reviews.
Third, the owner apparently owns a property in the US, and he's many good reviews.
Overall, the house is dirty, things are extremely messy and there is no way he would get good reviews.
Is that possible that he uses many accounts, one per guest and he deletes it once the guest is gone? I believe this might be the case, and that he also uses a fake name/profile.
How can I find out? And can I report this? Because somehow I feel tricked by him.
