My listing does appear when I search for my town yet it shows as "listed'

I have a green listed light & have added in filters & clicked on the location map. Please can someone help me? I have contacted Air BNB via email. Any idea how long they take to reply?

I did a search for accommodation in Corpach just now for the 18th/19th of December and your listing showed up as the first one.

I searched with no filter and with "entire home" ticked. It showed up in first place for both.
