My listing has suddenly disappeared from all searches in the area

My listing has been working perfectly for the last 2 years and i have had lots of bookings, every now and then I log off and do a search in the area to see how it compares to other listings and its always been visible. A couple of days ago i did this and noticed it wasn't showing up, no matter what price range or filters are applied, it's like it's just not there. 

I have emailed airbnb and got a holding email back from someone in California to say they couldn't see it either and are working on it - i'm in the UK so this is not particularly helpful because i can't deal with it in working hours. Its been 5 days now since i reported the issue and i my emails asking for an update are now being ignored by Airbnb.  

Has anyone ever had the same issue (i don't mean just being low down on the list, a listing not showing up at all) and was it ever resolved?

@Nicola131 Which listing are you not able to find in search?  I'd be happy to look for you.

thank you clare. i've heard back from airbnb now - apparently it's a bug and they are working to fix it. fingers crossed. but if you're still interested in looking the listing is called Le Mappaz and its in Areches-Beaufort in France.

@Nicola131 Yeah, this is most likely a bug since there are zero listings in my search results which I find hard to believe. Best to check back in a day or so.  😞

thank you Wendy. yes the dates are available. i have now spoken to someone at airbnb (yay!) apparently its a bug : ( which they are working hard trying to fix. They were really apologetic about the delay and will keep me updated. Funnily enough now i've spoken to someone and know what the problem is i feel much less stressed about the situation. Fingers crossed i'll be back up and visible soon.

I have also had the same problem. Up until September last year I had a lot of bookings and requests for bookings and since then nothing. I have uploaded new photos, changed the booking preferences from two nights minimum to 1. Today I have done a search in my local area and can't view my listing at all when I am not logged in? I have to say it did just come up on a search i did, so maybe its only effecting you. i'm sure you've done all this but try clearing your history and cookies and then looking. if its still not appearing it may be that you have the same problem i did a couple of years ago - my site had got corrupted. Airbnb did eventually sort it out but it took a huge amount of nagging on my part. i eventually got put through to the tech team, who initially didn't know how to resolve it until i suggsted that they could reload my site at their end, which they did and it worked. good luck, i know how frustrating it is, especially when there doesn't seem to be anyone at airbnb taking it seriously. keep nagging them. Hello @Nicola131,

As your listing is instant book you will not see it when logged out if you also require guests to submit government issued ID or have recommendations from other hosts. This is because Airbnb can't tell if the person searching has these if they're not logged in.

Even if you are logged in you yourself must also have whichever of the above you require of guests for you to be able to see it.

When I searched, while logged in, for private room instant book  accommodation in Warwickshire for the 4th to the 5th of March your listing showed up in first place.
