My listing is not showing up on map or search!

My listing is not showing up on the map, or in the search. I am at my wits end, how the hell am I supposed to get guests, if they cannot find my listing? This is our lisiting https://www.airbnb.co.nz/rooms/8137060

Hello @Wilton-And-Merryn0,

Airbnb only displays 300 lisitngs at a time, since your location has 300+, some of them get capped.

I searched for your location with the following filters, Guests = 2, Private Room, Price < INR 2000. Yet your lisitng didn't appear. I also zoomed into the map to your location and refreshed the results but no luck.

I can't think if any possible reason why this could be happening.

Wait for a while if someone in the community provides a solution or contact Airbnb.

same issue,  been 5 days since I listed it.. and still not visible on map or search.

My listings are also not showing on the map search in AirBnb. I can see other villas near by me but not my listings. I have also had several friends look for my listings via the map search and no one has been able to locate them. 

While searching we have tried limiting the number of listings with search selection criteria however this does not help.

This is an obvious concern as it will significantly affect the number of bookings I recieve.

Also having the same problem.  I've tried pausing the listing and unpausing a couple of days later, deleting the entire listing and re-creating from scratch.  Still doesn't show under any circumstances.  Views = 0 over three months!

Hi Carl, may I ask if ur listings use instant booking? I found that if the listing IS NOT AVILAIBLE for INSTANT BOOKING, which most customers use, u can be sure ur listing is invisible to them.

No wonder my friend's listing rarely gets enquiry or booking! Now I found that if the listing IS NOT AVILAIBLE for INSTANT BOOKING, which most customers use, u can be sure ur listing is invisible to them. However, not all of us can afford instant booking as some may be using multiple platforms for booking or other reasons! I'm very torn at this.

Super.. I'm new to Airbnb. It looks like this issue has been going on for a couple of years with no responses.

@Emily398, mostly when a new host thinks their listing is not showing on the map the reason is

1. They have just created the listing, so it is too soon (it takes several hours to appear), or
2. The new host just doesn't know how to find their listing among all the other nearby listings.

And yes, that has been going on for years.

(For example, I was able to find Chiung-Hung's listing quite easily.)

I see that your listing is currently #1 in the search rankings for your area!

My listing shows up if you directly link to it but does not show up if you search for a listing like mine. I just don't know what to do. I may just delist and go with another service. This is frustrating.
