My listing not appearing/Link not working!

Hi guys!

I recently listed a house on Airbnb and I cannot find it in the search or maps. Also when sharing the link to another person to see if they can view it, it doesn't work and takes them to the Airbnb home page instead!

This is my listing link with the listing name as: "Perfect Home for Superbowl! Comfy and cozy.":

I am on day 8 of having this same exact issue with https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/40067382
I've used their messaging system, called twice, and used Twitter and every time they say they are escalating.  Yesterday they said my ticket has been assigned.  After reading this thread I see that they have piss poor customer service and fear that my listing will not get fixed and will lose precious reviews.  I am also nervous as I have 4 bookings and I bet if they tried to find my listing it would cause worry.

Day 11 and still nothing from AirBnB and its still redirecting off of my listing.  I can see an http 200 in the browser console for my listing, but they're definitely doing something deliberate here.

having the same issue here. Tried to contact airbnb many time. being told the case manager is working on it. cannot talk to case manager directly. can only be reach out by them. there is not a defined time frame for airbnb to fix the issues. it could take as long as they want to. Having a very negative impact on the booking now.

Having the same problem! Total mystery, link doesn't work and listing doesn't appear in AirBnb search results, yet the listing says live on my end when logged in.

@Airbnbdo you ever look at these? Do you have any response for all of these users running into the same issue and being given no reason why their links aren't working and their listing not appearing in search?

@Melody175  Have you tried to phone or text the host? Are you not getting answers from messages to the host? You should contact Airbnb customer service ASAP. That listing appears to have been suspended or deleted.

Are the 2 listings duplicates (same accommodation) ?

Both listings seem to be suspended. You need to contact Airbnb

They are not duplicates its a building with 12 apartments but I only decided to put 2 on Airbnb so far.

I created the account and the listings yesterday I don't know why they would be suspended.

Where you able to open the links?
