My listing was placed in incorrect country and city

Hi , I am 3 months old but there was no incident till now . I have a confirmed booking from Australia that thought my listing was in Launceston , Tasmania . But i am in Georgetown , Malaysia . Very far apart . The guest has paid , so how can he make sure he gets his refund and what must i do ? How can i report this ?

When I checked just now all your listings show on the map that they are in Georgetown, Malaysia.

The booking is confirmed with you so it looks like your account hasn't been copied by another host.

I think it's just a case that the guest made some mistake, unless they can send you a copy of a map that shows your listing in Tasmania.

There's nothing you can do except suggest to the guest that they cancel and contact Airbnb if they can show a map that has your listing shown in Tasmania.
