My one listing seems to be in a language other than English?

I have three listing.  For some reason the listing in the link below is being translated.  It should be in English but I had a guest saying they thought it was in Arabic or something like that.  I went in to find a way to change it to English (like my other postings say at the top of the edit page English) but this particular house does not.   Does anyone know how I can change it?  The only instructions I find is how to add a language for translation.   I am also not sure if the person messaging me is seeing another language just in the messenging section or if my whole ad is not in English.  My very first booking he said I hope this translates well but I thought it was on his end and he didn't speak English.  Now I realize its on my end.  I thought this might be quicker than calling customer service

@Nina204  Go to the Listing then Go to Title and Description click Edit On the right hand side is Add Language click on that and pick English. You have it set to Arabic currently.

@Letti0  Now I did do what you recommended but it is saying I have to repeat everything in English below the original listing.  Is there a way to cancel out the Arabic?  I don't even know how it got there!
