My payment preferences are not saving on my account
Hi there, I have entered my preferred payment method twice and each time i revisit my account it is still asking me to set my preferences. I am a new host and have had a reservation request but my guest has been unable to make a payment. Please help
I think it's a general issue of the Airbnb's system during the past days and several changes are not registered. Try using a desktop pc if you are trying from the mobile app or vice versa. Try another browser or another pc or try clearing your cache and cookies. Hope it helped, Regards, Harry
I'm having the exact same problem and have someone who wants to stay tomorrow. I too have filled out all details twice but when I complete it just takes me back to "Add payment method" homepage. If I resolve my problem will let you know.
