My payout method is closed and I can't recive any money

Hi, two days ago I recieve my first book for my apartment. The guests come to my apartment for 3 nights, but yesterday I realised that my payout method wich I register a year ago (when was my registration) is closed. Yesterday night I add a new one peyout method, but I can't delete the old one, and I think that it's too late. The money meybe are somewhere but where? Haw can I delete the old one bank IBAN? I'm new here, and not the bes with english. It'so dificult 😞 Help me. 😞 The guests are in my apartment 2 more nights from now.

I am facing the same issue.. I am with Airbnb since 2 years and since 3rd of june.. I am not able to receive payments... i went to add a new payout preference.. but I could not

@Стела @Faisal, contact Airbnb, they are the only ones who can actually look at your individual accounts especially as it concerns money that may have already been released. Click on link for contact options, Twitter and Facebook are quite reliable and return quick responses - Contact Airbnb

i can not transfer my payouts in my bank as i host in dubai and may may account belongs to pakistan even i host 5 guests last 4 months but unable to recived master payoneer card as they do not hay pakistan in the bank transfer options .why not pakistan is there?
