My prices are reduced by 400% when a user extends a stay to 28 days

Hi,

I am battling to find a solution to my problem online... My property has a day rate of 500 euros per day, and when ever I run a test search this rate comes up... but the moment I click "extend your stay to 28 days" for a 30% discount the rate drops to 110 euros per day

I have tried turning off all discounts, turning smart pricing on and off, but the moment a guest tries to book a month stay it completely reprices my property..

I have already had one inquiry at this rate and i cant accept it as it is too low and I dont know how to change it?

any ideas??

@Manuela-And-Simon0 Our listing suddenly had a weekly price of about a 10th the rate we actually charge applied. I am very confident we didn't do this! Go into the pricing section and edit weekly or monthly (in your case) charges and see if the month is highlighted along with a very low monthly price.
