My pricing is a fixed rate but when guests book, it keeps changing, Does anyone know why?

Every single time when guest reuest a booking the rates keep changing andd its frustrating to go back and forth with them.

When I look at your listing, I am seeing that the price is $22/night in US dollars.  What "changes" are you seeing when a guest books?

So when the guest books it changes to $21, at times higher too $25.
