My profile is no where to be found on air bnb web site search

Well I have been as well as many case managers been looking for my profile on the Vancouver search 

Since there has been upgrades to the website/ my profile is no longer on Airbnb site 

WHAT HAPPEN ?

WHERE AM ABLE TO BE LOCATED ?

PRODUCT SPECIALIST TEAM IS LOOKING AT THIS FOR I'M NOT THE ONLY SUPER HOST PROFILE THAT HAS DISAPEARED FROM THE SEARCH

Hello @Lee277,

It appears that you have to zoom in a lot on the map to find your listing. I was able to find it by searching for "Entire place" accommodation and then centering the map on your area and zooming in a lot.

When I searched for superhosts only I didn't have to zoom in quite as much.

You may know these things, but just in case the ppost at the link below ahs information on what affects a listing's placement in search results.

Your site upgrades really makes it impossible to find our listings for we are now separated from the ones who pay you money  it is as if we don't exist on your site For potential guest to find us now you made it extremely difficult for them to come accross us and notice ours by your new updates has Made us impossible to find  or are you going to give lessons on how to find the now air bnb hidden profiles ? Nor was I able or any of the Airbnb staff repeatedly for hours on any of the airbnb searches so how were you able to Steve and who are you ? So you mean to say the only way I can be find my profile now is on a map that you have somewhere on your site because non of us were able to find my profile on any of the your searches and many others is no longer on your search for this is only shows host plus listings that we have to pay you for this to be on the search . Steve can you be so kind and give guest now lessons on how to find your hidden profiles as well as air bnb staff to explain to your other host thank you Lee ( maybe add a link at the end of your host plus ) Thank you o much for pushing the rest of us out to be unnoticed and difficult to find good job Lee

I've looked again on the entire house and i'm not on this search please fix this and theses new upgrades have taken us off of your site are we to put our self on quick book to be able to be promoted ? What is the solutions to your new upgrades 

as i said i'm not on any searches now

This is a community site where other hosts, just like you, make time to help each other with suggestions from their own experience. Like you and all other hosts on here I have nothing to do with Airbnb support or site development so please don't address me saying that "your new updates has Made us impossible to find". They are not my updates. I'm just a host like you.

All I did to find your listing was to search just as if I were a traveller looking for accommodation.

You're a super host and I presumed that you knew how to search for listings.

Here are the steps as applicable to the Google Chrome browser. I found it on the map that's available to everyone who searches for accommodation on Airbnb. So it is not, as you suggest, a special map that I have on my profile. It's the search process and map available to all Airbnb users.

1) go to www.aribnb.com

2) type "Vancouver" in the search box in the top left of the page

3) click on the "HOMES" link

4) click on the "Show map" switch in the top right of the page

5) click on the "Home type" button

6) select "Entire place"

7) click on "Apply"

😎 move the map so your area is at the centre

9) click on the "+" on the map 5 or 6 times to zoom in to your street.

That's all I did to find your listing.

You can make it easier to find by specifying dates that you have available on your calendar, and any other characteristics like number of bedrooms, number of guests, super hosts etc. so weeding out other listings that may not be available on those dates or may have different characteristics.

I have two questions
1. will Air bnb be upgrading the website to be more user friendly ?
2. Why did they introduce url ?

is it because Air bnb has too many listings
Since I became a super host I am not getting the bookings as i did
I have added two listings to choose one is a two bedroom and the other is a three bedroom
it's a choice but no bookings

oh I lowered my three bedroom per night but still no bookings
and getting my three bedroom filmed to be added in

but it is a lot of work to try and get bookings yet it was not this way when i was just a host

it just dose not make sense
and why are we not able to update our 20/20 business license
renewal on our listing?
I'm doing a lot but I'm not seeing results
do we have to wait till the plus listings to be booked first?
There are a lot of listings on Airbnb that don't qualify to do it in Vancouver It's really hard to be notice as a super host and  it on us to advertise is it because you only promote Plus and host listings for it's up to us to get our own bookings and I think the super host get overlooked for we are last pickings to be seen and it may be that guest go to other sites because of this  UNFORTUNATELY AIR BNB NEEDS TO UPGRADE THEIR WEBSITE BACK TO WHAT IT ONCE WAS TWO YEARS AGO. IT IS NO LONGER AN EASY WEBSITE TO NAVIGATE THROUGH. THEY SOULD HAVE FOUR CATAGORIES TO CHOOSE FROM SO GUEST CAN book the TYPE OF HOME they would like to stay in rather than feel they will have to GO TO ANOTHER SITE TO FIND THE TYPE OF HOME THEY ARE LOOKING FOR ,AND THIS IS THE REASON WHY I DON'T GET THE BOOKINGS  for super host are now limited in the searches . MY STRONG SUGESSTION TO AIRBNB IS THERE WOULD BE FOUR RECTANGLES ON A PAGE TO CLICK ON ​
1. PLUS (where they can view all the listings that offer a generic look) ​
2. SUPER HOST (where guest can view all of the homes that offer a character feel)​
3. HOST (which offer both generic and character homes to view) ​
4.SUPER LUX homes to view. ​
If the web site was set up in this way then guest would not feel that all Air bnb listings have only the generic homes to stay in for the PLUS HOMES ARE PROMOTED MAINLY and repetitiously through all of the searches which a potential guest may feel they've seen enough and move onto another site to find what they desire to stay in else where for they don't see  Air bnb has this inventory to offer for the super host listings are not so visible anymore in the searches .This is why if you had the four rectangle boxes which has the type of listings ​
1. PLUS (stale look) 2. SUPER HOST(character) 3. HOST (both)  4. SUPER LUX (expensive) for each of these categories will display to a potential guest ​what they are looking for effortlessly rather than give up on Airbnb searches and move onto another site in order to find a Super Host style of home else where
