My psychotic friend's listing needs to be removed

Hi AirBnBers,

Is there any way to reach AirBnB? My friend is mentally unstable and keeps on travelling and renting out his house in Amsterdam. He doesn't take care of the cleaning, isn't there for the key handovers and he isn't even alloud to rent his apartment. He could face consequences if his landlord finds out. 

I need to reach somebody form AirBnB who can help me stop this, but AirBnB appears to be an impenetrable fort.
