My triple room is not booking as well as I hoped

Hi I have put up a triple room but Im wondering is there a way I can reduce the price if only two are staying in the room so it reaches  WIDER AUDIENCE? hOW DO i DO THIS PLEASE?

Your listing is lovely, @Dawn116, with great pictures of the space.  I see you have a fairly full calendar for the next few months.  However, if you are seeking to increase reservations, you might need to drop your rate a little.  So far,  do you usually have couples or singles or families book the room?  Do guests stay for a single night or is your area a destination where guests will stay awhile to explore?  What are the competitor rates?

Perhaps if you drop the nightly rate for up to 2 guests and charge a bit more for the third guest.  This would allow your listing to be more competitive for the single or couple who are searching.  Do you know how to add extra guest fee?
