NEED a Bi-weekly Cleaner in Shin-koyasu (Yokohama, Japan)

1. Bi-weekly Maid, long-term (Kanagawa - Yokohama) (Shin-Koyasu)
   
   Looking for an experienced, cleaner for my 70 sqm apartment (2LDK) 
   Our arrangement will be a regular, long-term contract for 4-hours and 1 day out of the week. 
   
   I'm a single resident and extremely busy. 
   
   Compensation: 5000 JPY + 1000 JPY for Train Expense
   Employment Type: Bi-weekly part-time 
   
   I usually travel and require a trusted maid to do the following: 
   
   Toilets and bathtub
   Vacuum & Mop the wooden floors 
   Clean the Kitchen & Bathroom counters
   Wash Dishes & pots (if any) 
   Laundry (if any)
   Throw out garbage 
   Wipe the Sliding Doors and windows 
   Dust
   Buy cleaning supplies to renew stock. Will reimburse (downstairs is a daiso, pharmacy/supermarket) 
   
   Please note: 
   +All cleaning supplies and machinery will be provided on-site. 
   ++ I will like to conduct a 1-day paid trial for interested candidates
   
   Rate: 5000 JPY for 4 hours + 1000 JPY Train Expense 
   Payment Method: Cash 
   Advance Pay: Only after 2-3 months of a professional, healthy co-working relationships
   Start Date: As soon as possible
   
   Please provide a short profile about yourself and cleaning experiences.

   I've had former long-term maids in Singapore and have a good rapport to share w/ serious candidates.
