Need Family Reunion space for one-day in Pensacola Beach

Do anyone have suggestions for a family reunion space on Pensacola Beach for one-day for a meet and greet & access to the beach on Sept. 1, 2018. next year Saturday before Monday Labor Day?

@Toki1 There's a place with picnic tables and its on the gulf side just before the entrance to Ft. Pickens - lots of people meet and celebrate there - We always see families looking like reunions are happening.  I guess its first come first get. That's what I would suggest -good luck, Clara

Please check out my listing if you are still in need of family reunion space. There are three apartments that make up one Victorian home in downtown pensacola. 9 mi to the beach and very walkable downtown. Total of 4 bedrooms with a patio and lots of porch space on three different sides of the house. Seems like I should use the space for more events like reunions. Thanks!
