Need full refund!

I booked an apartment listed as the ENTIRE 3 bedroom place.  Day before checkin the host contats me to ask how many bedrooms I need because they intend to keep living in 2 of them while I'm there.  I cancel but AirBNB has not refunded the full $723 I paid.  Only gave me $379 back and the option to "request" $309 from the host in the Resolution Center.   That' $688.  I need a FULL 100% REFUND for this nonsense.

You would need to contact airbnb with this one. The contact details should be found on your booking confirmation.

@Andrew407 what is the cancellation policy for the listing that you booked? The amount of $ you get for a refund is depending on the cancellation policy. However, if the listing says entire place for 3BR and that is not what you will get (per the host's information), then I take it as false advertising. You should contact airbnb to escalate the case. For false advertising, I think that guests should receive a full refund.
