Need to cancel guest as they have child and we only allow 2 guests

Hi 

i have received a booking for 2 guests plus baby. Our place is only suitable for 2 guests and I have specified that by explaining that we don’t accept any babies or children on our page. 

I have written to guest to explain but received no reply 

how do I cancel without receiving a penalty?

@Benn3 you can do that only by contacting Airbnb and have them cancel the reservation for you.
