Need to modify price on new inquiry and guest wants to know what Airbnb fees would be

I have an inquiry that I have not approved because I first need to modify the price.  The guest is OK with the price modification but wants to know what the grand total is with the Airbnb fee charged to them.  Is there a way to see that?  I've read that it's 5-15%, dropping with higher subtotal.  My subtotal is $6300.  If I can't see the exact amount that the guest will be charged, I'd like to give her an estimate, but 5-15% is a $630 difference.

You can simulate a similar booking on your own listing and see what fees are charged.

Airbnb service fee differs on long term and short term stays (approx 11% / 16%).

I simulated a booking of 1 week on yor listing and it shows approx. 15,6% guest service fee. For 2 weeks it was the same percentage. For more then 28 nights (long term stay) is was approx 11,3%

If the guest recieves your special offer they can see the exact costs.
