Need to rate my trip even though I cancelled it?

I made a reservation and cancelled my trip on March 13th because of the coronavirus. I new the cancelation policy and knew that I would not get a refund. After I cancelled, Airbnb still wants my to "rate the trip" and if I don't rate it I don't get to see any information on the trip I had paid for and then cancelled. After a few days Airbnb released a statement saying it will refund all trips made from march 14 (my trip was march 13th-15th) so I had to get 1 nights refund. I tells to check your "Trip" to see if your reservation will be covered. I can't get to my tips reservation cause it first wants me to rate it. Well... I can't do that cause I was never there. Customer support is jammed and can't get an answer. Anyone know what to do?
