Then you need to call them or contact them by writing to them. If it is about a certain reservation there is a contact link on the reservation page. It is under "Help" if you press that and none of the suggestions helps you there then will appear a link to contact airbnb.

You can also call them. 

If you are a new host I recommend to spend an hour or more to check out all the things you can see and do from your dashboard. Also this community is very helpful. It is at least my experience 🙂 

This community is for hosts and guests so no one from airbnb will see your message.
