Need to speak with a HUMAN in AIRBNB

After a problem with a guest, that dont like the rules of the place, i decide to change the dates. I offer to stay one more night and make the checking one day in advance... but he decide to leave the property a 6pm, which means 6 hours after the official check out. i want to charge ONE & HALF NIGHT, but is IMPOSSIBLE to do by myself....

Im tired of AIRBNB... we are located in Colombia dealing with 6 drunk Bacherlor party Hookers AMERICANS, so will be nice to close this ASAP, after i get my payment, I PROMESS to LEAVE Airbnb... They just want to pick the high comission and make a NIGHTMARE  for resolve so basic issue with the guest. PLEASE someone can help us to have a REAL HUMAN contact by phone in COLOMBIA - BOGOTA - cause this number 1-855-424-7262 it seams only for TRUMPs Land.
