Dear Air BNB ,

Refer our user name and password as below due we have problem for our account.
Could you reply me back for our question as below.

1.Our customer send question to our account but why I can’t reply them.
2.Why we can’t open our room picture from our account ?

And we need to additional new picture on our account but I can’t do it.

Please recommend and we waiting for your reply as soon as if possible.
