New host with calendar question

Hi there,

we are new hosts and I’m not sure how the calendar works. Does it automatically show dates as available unless I block them out or do I need to mark them as available? Do I only show availability for a couple of months out or keep it open? Thanks so much NicolaCalendar

Hello,

As for this question: " Does it automatically show dates as available unless I block them out or do I need to mark them as available?" -> it does show unless you block them or receive and confirm a reservation for the dates. You don't have to block dates for Airbnb reservations, only for others. 😉

"Do I only show availability for a couple of months out or keep it open?" -> it is up to you, check Availability options in the host panel.
