New to hosting. Please critique our new listing.

Hello everyone!
I a a new host based in central London. I have listed my 2 apartments 4 days ago but I still don't have any inquiries. Can you give me an acvice on to how to optimize my visibility and is it normal to have no bookings when my apartment is new to airbnb.

Hi Kamelia,

Your photos look very nice! The 5 night and 14 night minimums stays may deter some folks from booking with you. Also, the "similar listings" that appear for me on your page have a lower nightly rate than yours. I'm not famimliar with your area at all, so not sure how comparable these are to your place. To get going, I would recommend changing your extra guest charge to begin after 2 guests and/or lower your base rate. Then as you start getting more bookings, you can increase your rates.
