Nightly price changes automatically to monthly for longer periods!

I'm having several requests for periods over 4 weeks where the total amount shown is that of ONE NIGHT!

I've tried myself to reserve my property and saw that, for some weird reason, the listing price changes from nightly to monthly  when the requested period is superior to 28 nights.   Fortunately, for shorter periods the calculation is correct.

I've checked again and again my price settings, and everything is clear and correct.

That's frustrating for me and the people who contact me...

Could someone help please?

@Sotis0  I am not completely understanding your post here. Are you stating that if someone books for 28 days they are charged for a single night?  Or are you saying that if someone books for 28 days they get the monthly discount?

Any booking request for 28 days or more are considered longterm bookings.  For these the monthly discount will apply.  If you dont want a montly discont you can make the adjustment under Price Settings.   Longterm bookings are also governed by the Longterm Cancelization Policy and not the Strict, Flexible, or Moderate Policies
