No Option to Review

A guest has checked out of my place but I am not getting an option to review.

Sometimes you get the email with the link to review within a few hours - sometimes it takes a day or two to arrive.

We're experiencing the same issue. No option to review a guest who checked out several days ago. Even the next guest has come and gone with the option to do a review present. Any ideas why or suggestions? 

@Jolene21  On your dashboard there should be a notification to review your guest you can click on that to do your reveiw. I have not received the email once before also and that's how I did it. 

Airbnb had a security issue and some hosts including myself have lost the ability to review and no longer receive a review notification.

 

Airbnb Support have said that this a global problem and they are trying to fix the glitch.

 

i have been without this functionality for 3 weeks which is a shocking timescale.
