No Payout for over a month now

Hello I have been doing Airbnb  for almost 2 years now until recently all my payout after 27th July 2019 has been paused.

So far any payment from all my listing from 27th July 2019 up until 27 August has been paused for no reason.

I try contacting airbnb support but they just keep asking questions and no precise answer on when I would receive my rightful payment.

Any advise?
