No Response From Airbnb to Complaints

For the second time now, Airbnb have not responded to my complaints via their online system.  I opened a case on 24 July, and received a case number and notification that I would hear back within 5 business days - I'm still waiting...

 

Although I somehow expect that if I do get a response, it will be the same as the last complaint I made ...  "that Airbnb are unable to do anything about it".
