No answer from resolution centre...

No answer from resolution centre...

I had a bad hosting experience in March.
I made a money claim from the guest-they didn't respond.
i however thought the claim would go forward to airbnb resolution centre,but then a week later I saw it was still there- so I pushed it forward to the resolution centre.
Now over two weeks has passed and I still have no answer from the resolution centre.
What to do ?
