No bookings all of a sudden

Have been getting steady bookings last couple years. During the xmas break had a guest who cancelled and complained. Initially airbnb cancelled the booking and left me out of pocket. I challenged their decision and they found that I was right in the end. Since then I have had 0 requests and 0 bookings!

Has airbnb blocked my listing? What is going on? Seriously wondering about airbnb, they make a mistake and us loyal users have to pay the concequences?

Any ideas anyone?

My Airbnb bookings have stopped and I can't get answers as to why. A rival site has given me 8 bookings though and I'm having no problems with them.
