No bookings in a month

I am trying to get an Airbnb consultant to call me to check my account to see it is all still active. I have been on Airbnb for almost two years and this past month I only had one booking which has never happened so I am just worried there is a setting that has been turned off or is it just really that quiet? Haven’t even had an enquiry.

@Michelle1636  Using search criteria for location and private room, both your listings came up within the first 10 options.  I was confused by your two room listing, however and I see that your only review is not really positive.  Are you really listing the entire place and have it under private room by mistake?
