No follow up by Airbnb after damage reports

I have submitted for Airbnb cover as one my guest broke granite counter many month ago

no follow up 

2. guest made cigarettes holes in my Dinning area carpet. No follow from Airbnb it always says in review. 
does Airbnb ever resolve any issues

@Raja177   Unfortunately Customer Services are terrible about returning calls, mostly due to lack of training I suspect.  Unfortunately this is just a discussion group so you will need to keep calling and messaging them until you get some sort of resolution.
