No payout received within 10 business days - long term guest

I am renting out my apartment in the long term and have been receiving monthly payouts correctly over the last few months.

 

This month, however, I have not received the payout. In the transaction history, under future transactions the payout date for this payout is "pending". Usually I receive the payout within 2-3 business days of the beginning of the month, this time it has been 10 days and nothing. No e-mail received either saying that the payment didn't go through.

 

Has this happened to anyone before? Would appreciate some advice on this!

Wow. I just started hosting and this sounds like terrible host service on behalf of Airbnb. Bad news.

I also have had email to say they sent money but it has not shown up any where

I too hosted a gentleman a week ago and no payment still!!!! Can"t even call Airbnb now.

What's happeneing????

I had a long term guest check in on September 5th.  My payout status on my account says that the first month's payment has been paid but I have not received my payout either.  It is now 14 days past his check in and I haven't seen a dime.  This is my first guest from another country, but I don't think that has anything to do with it.  I have received my payouts in a timely manor in the past.  How do I get this resolved?!

the guest do the checkout in saturday , the statut of the transaction is pending  , normally the payment only take 1day after the checkout ; i contact the assistance yasterday by phone she told me airbnb receive the payment from the guset and she will contact me by email and resolve the problem absolotly she didn't do anything , someone can help me ?

 

Hi Suzie, I too have not received a payout so am interested if this was resolved for you and how long you waiyted for payment. Mine is more than 2 weeks past the date airbnb advised it would be paid. Karen

 

I'm having the same problem right now. 

My first customer, and the verification has not gone through even though I have had a guest for 3 days already.. Airbnb keeps the Money all there dasy as a bank?

Hi this has just happened to me and I have tried everything to contact them Air bnb but where do you go.  My payment should of been paid about 3 weeks ago and still no payment.  Do you know of any emails  to contact AirBnB.  I know the people paid but has not been sent to me.

send them an email thru the website: Resolve Issue under Help. They will reply on your email in a few minutes, this helped me. But i also emailed Payoneer regarding my problem.

Hi there...seems, we all have the same problem here...

 

I haven't received my payment yet until now, guest left on 13th of september..

Don't know who should I contact and ask for this 😞

I'm sorry to hear you've all had problems receiving payments. How long it takes depends on your payment method and you need to take into account weekends/Bank holidays. Have a look at this help guide explaining how the payment process works and how you can check your payment status.

Until now, I haven't receive my 1 night payment..

weird..since I received the payment for the new booking but not the pending payment..

 

What should I do..otherwise, I will drop AIRBNB from my list
